Buyer beware!! This site is a scam, the items advertised are fake. They are polyester fakes with painted pictures on them and are not the sweaters that are depicted in the photos. the sizes are seriously skewed and the models could in no way wear the clothing that is being advertised. When you complain and ask for a refund they offer you 10 or 20 percent back and don't want the items. In my case I spent over $200 dollars and to offer me $20 and to keep clothes I can not wear and would not even give to good will is insulting because the shipping (their excuse) would cost to much to return and why is that because it is being shipped from China and is not a California company as their website also falsely states.
Polyester garments, very different than what is displayed on their website. In asking them to honor their return policy for unopened shirts, after a month of emails they finally responded proposing a 20% refund + keeping shirts "because of the expense of shipping costs". After accepting this suboptimal offer, a week of silence, then in response to another email response "we will help you urge the relevant departments to handle it for you as soon as possible." The complete run-around. Check the internet reviews, this is a soft-scam company.
I am very excited with the products on the web site. I love the style, the fabrics, and the unique artwork on the shirts. I am looking forward to receiving the items I purchased. The web site is well laid out and the payment process 7ncomplicated.

Their customer support is non existent, and emails sent to them are like wise terse and disrespectful. Avoid this grifter shop if you do not want to be stressed out by their lack of due diligence, and totally unprofessional!
Regret not checking reviews before purchasing... I ordered a woolen knitted cardigan in a viking/celtic style along with some fitting sweatpants. What I received was completely different. They were cheap polyester replicas with poorly executed prints. They didn't even match the images provided. I'm hoping to recover my money through the bank, as it seems the service itself is unresponsive.
I attempted to access my shopping cart to complete my purchase, but my phone struggled to take me there. When I tried to finalize the payment, I faced some confusion. I appreciate the appearance of the products; however, the site navigation could use some improvement. This is my first order, and I may have accidentally ordered the same item twice, but that's alright as they look fantastic.
just received a package... the item I received was NOT what I thought I had ordered. It is a print on material, NOT a crochet or knitted sweater as I desired and paid for. I will also submit my request for a full refund. I will never shop with them again and will ensure to check reviews before making online purchases. Don't be fooled...
I ordered two knitted sweaters, but what I received were low-quality, printed, very thin garments that seemed to be made from synthetic materials instead of natural fibers like cotton or wool. When I reached out to the support team, they offered a refund if I returned the items or half a refund if I kept them. I opted to keep them and requested half of my money back. It’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received anything, just a series of excuses. I strongly advise against making a purchase here.
