We live in Estoril, and for two years, the service has had a broken beam that remains unresolved. Despite being reported, the issue persists. We also face daily WiFi outages. Coming from Holland, we are not used to such situations; it seems to be accepted here in Portugal. Does this company even have management? I would like an email address for further communication. We have made two official complaints about the broken beam, but no action has been taken even after the storm. It feels like the focus is solely on collecting payments rather than providing service.
