The product is okay, but I ended up with an automatic subscription I never signed up for. I only intended to buy one bottle, yet now I receive daily emails about my subscription and upcoming charges. It's frustratingly difficult to cancel. This feels like a scam.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company seems to operate as a scam. Their return policy looks appealing until you try to make a return, only to receive a link that prompts you to order more. They don't respond to emails with anything helpful, just the same broken link. I started a subscription thinking I could cancel if needed, but just three days later, I was charged for a second order I hadn't even received. It's clear they are not transparent about their practices. I would recommend avoiding them.
