I placed a pre-order in February for an item set to release in September. I never received a tracking number. When I reached out for updates, I was initially told it had shipped but was stuck in transit. Later, I was informed it hadn’t shipped yet, but they would address it soon. Now it's December, and I finally received a tracking number confirming it shipped. As an apology, they offered a mere 10% discount on their store. I cannot recommend them to anyone.
