I placed a pre-order in February for an item expected to be released in September. I never received a tracking number. After reaching out for updates, I was initially informed that it had shipped but was stuck in transit. Later, I was told that it hadn't shipped yet, but they would address it promptly. Now in December, I finally received a tracking number and confirmation of shipment. The only compensation offered was a 10% discount on their store. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

I sincerely urge you not to pre-order anything from this online store. You will face delays like I did. I pre-ordered a calendar on September 23, which was supposed to come with a promotional poster. When I received a promotional email in November stating the calendar was in stock, customer service assured me pre-orders would be fulfilled that month. November passed without my order, and after contacting them again, I was told my pre-order was out of stock with a refund and discount code. How can it be out of stock when they still advertise it as available? I've reported them for false advertising. Please don't make the mistake I did and face months of frustration!
I ordered two shirts, and after a month, only one arrived. It took another month and a half to find out the second shirt was sold out. I paid a high shipping fee and was advised not to inform my payment provider about the issue. As a result, I incurred a fee for paying late. This is not how customer service should operate. I will not order from them again.
The company puts a lot of effort into packaging their products. However, I was disappointed when my mail carrier mishandled it, bending the package despite the cardboard and 'please do not bend' label. While some heavy books can fix it, I suggest using sturdier cardboard to prevent issues with careless mail carriers.
