Placed an order 21st July - website stated 2 week delivery. Asked for order update 16th August, no reply. Asked again 30th August, no reply. Today is 7th September and having received no contact at all from the company, I have asked my credit card provider to refund the transaction. I went to the same business school as the creators and wanted to support their business, so especially disappointing to see how poor the service is.
