Clearly this is a scam. They take your money and the item never arrives. Received a chargeback from my credit card company after 30 days. Would advise everyone else who’s been scammed by these folks to do the same.

Possible scam website. An item did arrive but it wasn’t what I ordered, what arrived was a cheap hoody, not the premium fleece that was ordered. Merchant did not respond to multiple emails. Save your money.

I placed an order to be delivered at Bayes Business School during my residency week. The merch never showed up, they never bothered to answer (or even acknowledge any of my emails).TOTAL FRAUD/SCAMMERS.I wish I had checked the reviews prior to placing an order.

Absolutely AWFUL Credit Chargeback and Legal Action pending.

Absolutely AWFUL.Do NOT utilize this company in any way shape or form. The absolute WORSE communication I have ever experienced.Ordered a pink t shirt 3 months ago. After the first month, ZERO reply. After chasing up 3 emails, got a two-line sentence: This item is usually shipped within 3 weeks.3 weeks passed still nothing. After contacting them again, and hearing yet no replies, I have taken action and requested Mastercard to undertake an investigation and Chargeback to this company. This process is underway and I'll at least recover all my money.Whilst this is going on, I randomly received some weird item through the post stuffed in a black bin liner with my address labelled on it; no postage From name,, no order number. And it was an old scruffy used black sweat shirt with some other random university name on it. CLEARLY not a pink t-shirt.I wrote to them a week ago querying this - nothing.Done with them now. Will wait for my Mastercard investigation.I have now also initiated a subject access request to force them to disclose information regarding my order.I will also be writing to Consumer Protection rights organizations.I URGE others who experience issues similar to this to take it up with their credit card companies. The more reports of Merch4Change's fraudulent actions, the more cases will be built up. This will result in CC companies revoking their merchant services and forcing these cowboys to go out of business.Just to note: this company Merch4ChangeThey are NOT affiliated with any public or private university/institution - using their brands.I have informed the University of London student union about this organization.Once again, Avoid, use Official partners and stay safe out there.

Avoid This Company – Terrible Service

I had an awful experience with this company and would strongly advise against ordering from them. I placed an order months ago, but they failed to deliver the correct item or issue a refund despite multiple follow-ups. After weeks of waiting, I was promised the item would arrive soon, but it never did. Repeated emails went unanswered, and when I finally received a package, it was the wrong item entirely. Even after raising a dispute, they refused to resolve the issue. Their communication is nonexistent, and their handling of orders is completely unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reliable company.

Horrendous

Horrendous. I am gifting this to my cousin in the US. I fly out next week and I still have not received my package. Status tracking says “order placed” . No updates. No responses despite emailing them. I would never purchase from here again.
