I ordered a university merch hoodie on the 8th of April, it only arrived today. The product is amazing, beautiful colour and very high quality, nothing bad to say about the product. I rate the experience 3 stars because of the poor communication. They take a very long time to reply to emails. The shipping was the major issue, it took over 1 month to arrive which is unacceptable given the promise of delivering within 2 weeks of the order. The only saving grace is the product which is high quality and very comfortable. If they improve their communication and shipping, it would be a 5 star experience.
