Absolutely horrific experience. Firstly, I placed the order on the 25th of Nov. On the 6th of Dec, they emailed me to ask what colour I wanted, when I clearly selected the colour I wanted when I placed the order. Then it takes another couple of weeks until the parcel is out for delivery. The parcel is said to be left in my mailbox, however, it was left openly in the lobby of my apartment building. Most likely, this has been snatched as it was not there when I got back home. I emailed merch4change for a replacement and they stalled for 2 weeks only to eventually tell me to contact the delivery company. I would think twice before placing an order with them. If anything goes wrong you will be subject to appalling customer service.
