We called to cancel our contract. The rep and my husband spoke for over 1/2 hour regarding future contracts...but the rep cancelled the contract...supposedly. Of course, the monthly automatic payment debit kept coming!...My husband called again...this time they said, "Ohhhh, you needed to sign a form and send it back"...so we did that...Of course, the monthly automatic payment debit kept coming!..we called a third time...the rep said she would cancel the account...we will see...CROOKS!
