To keep it simple but short, Chase overall has so much to offer but really more on the consumer side they should focus more on the small business side as well. I have made many suggestions through a survey recently and I know by doing just do simple processes and products it will make our business much more efficient and effective to grow. Products and services 1. Offer invoicing the same way you offer quick accept on mobile and online. Make it to where the client can pay debit or credit card plus account and routing number. 2. Offer a scheduling system imagen if I could log into Chase and go to my system where I can accept payment and on top of that manage my schedule3. Auto loan purchase and refi for business clients4. Offer ACH, so many businesses clients I help always have someone else for ACH vs using their bank only because the bank makes it so hard to obtain this product it shouldn't be that way. Work more with your business customers and offer this product. You offer it now but rarely do your clients get it. Reason behind that is you want the clients with large cash flow but when you should focus on all your clients banking needs. Chase could be better but needs to open up more to helping their small business clients.
