If I could, I would rate this a zero. This service is not suitable for small charities or nonprofits, especially with changing board members. The costs are excessive, and the cancellation process is absurd. Although customer service is available 24/7, resolving issues is quite challenging.

Caution regarding the promotional offer

On 11/1/2025, a promotion for free deliveries sounded appealing until I ordered from a local store for a friend's birthday. The delivery process went downhill quickly, with cancellations and poor communication from the delivery service. They promised a refund that never materialized, leaving me frustrated. I strongly advise against using this service.

The service has lost its way. They unexpectedly placed a hold on my business account, and when I called for clarification, I was told it was a routine review. I cannot understand how this is permissible for small businesses.
