For the past two years, I have utilized this mobile payment solution for my notary business. The mobile POS app is straightforward to use, and I can conveniently add sales items to my clients' receipts. It has served my business needs very well.
If I could, I would rate this a zero. This service is not suitable for small charities or nonprofits, especially with changing board members. The costs are excessive, and the cancellation process is absurd. Although customer service is available 24/7, resolving issues is quite challenging.
The setup was incredibly straightforward. The processing is user-friendly, and it's a huge advantage that I can manage transactions via the mobile app. The rates are excellent, and I'm extremely satisfied. I've already recommended it to other business owners who have set up their accounts too.
On 11/1/2025, a promotion for free deliveries sounded appealing until I ordered from a local store for a friend's birthday. The delivery process went downhill quickly, with cancellations and poor communication from the delivery service. They promised a refund that never materialized, leaving me frustrated. I strongly advise against using this service.
