I will not order from them again.

After having problems setting up my account payment information, the help desk finally did it for me manually but it took awhile. When I finally was able to put an order into their system I waited and when it hadnt shipped after 1.5 weeks, I contacted them by email and received a reply the next telling me they were backed up. Then I received an email telling me it was help up in shipping because they could not ship to my address. Everyone else ships to it including amazon. After reassuring them that I lived in a rural area and they could ship to that address, they did. The first to canvas prints I received were decent and I was happy with them, except it took me close to 3 weeks to get them. I order more a few weeks later and I did receive them the after 8 days, however one of the prints was cut off. To explain, I am an artist and print my paintings to sell. The software the offer that allows you to adjust a painting and move it around to show what you want printed is difficult at best. My error, when trying to adjust so it showed the area I wanted, I must have done something. It is hard to tell when you are ordering. My next and last order the color was off, they looked washed out and one frame was coming apart. On top of that I messed up the adustment and once again they did not fill the entire canvas. Luckily I can add paint and glue the frame so It wont be wasted money, just my time. But they never had of shipped them as is. I wrote to them explaining this and asking them to close my account. They said they would and was sorry I wasnt happy. I gave them 2 stars because I did have 2 good prints from them. However if your a professional I would not use them
