The shipping experience was quite disappointing. I placed my order on December 13th, but it wasn't given to the shipper until December 22nd. The shipping service takes at least 5 days, which meant I missed Christmas. Additionally, the customer support team seemed unconcerned about charging me $10 for such slow shipping. I recommend avoiding this seller.
