The shipping process was quite poor. I placed my order on December 13th, but it wasn't handed over to the shipper until December 22nd. The shipping company takes at least 5 days, causing me to miss Christmas. Additionally, the customer support team didn't see any issue with charging me $10 for such slow shipping. I would recommend being cautious with this seller.

I attended a conference over the summer and bought a small sweatshirt. Unfortunately, shortly after, we lost our home in a fire. I ordered another sweatshirt but couldn't remember the size I had bought, mistakenly thinking I could exchange it if it was too large. I received a medium size, which was indeed too big. After opening the package, I requested a return or exchange the next day. They asked for a picture of the item, which I provided, but they refused the return because it was opened. In this day and age, that's unacceptable. The company should allow returns on items in new condition. I will consider other retailers in the future.
In August, I pre-ordered a record and a CD that were supposed to ship on September 12th. I expected a couple of weeks for delivery from the US to the UK. By September 23rd, I checked the tracking link and saw that although a shipping label was created, nothing had been sent. I emailed the company for an update but received no response. I forgot about the order until it finally arrived on October 2nd, only to find it shipped on September 29th—three weeks later than promised. While late shipping isn't ideal, the lack of communication was the real issue. Additionally, I was supposed to receive two promotional patches but only got one. Very disappointing experience.
My son faced an issue with a band t-shirt bought at a gig, so I reached out to the company. Even though they weren't responsible for gig merchandise, the representative was fantastic and arranged for a replacement t-shirt to be sent out. The communication was excellent, and my son was thrilled. I would definitely use this service again!
