In August, I pre-ordered a record and a CD that were supposed to ship on September 12th. I expected a couple of weeks for delivery from the US to the UK. By September 23rd, I checked the tracking link and saw that although a shipping label was created, nothing had been sent. I emailed the company for an update but received no response. I forgot about the order until it finally arrived on October 2nd, only to find it shipped on September 29th—three weeks later than promised. While late shipping isn't ideal, the lack of communication was the real issue. Additionally, I was supposed to receive two promotional patches but only got one. Very disappointing experience.
