After contacting the relevant authorities, I filed a complaint with the FBI IC3, which I have documented. The support team did not assist me and claimed I received counterfeit products, leading to a denial of credit. It feels like the company does not support its customers, and I intend to escalate this matter further by filing complaints with the BBB and other regulatory bodies. I advise others to think twice before choosing subpar credit options as they can lead to significant losses!
