I am in the same boat as a lot of customers here
Mercury bank are crooked .
I paid them in full last month and they owe me over $130
I was told a check would be sent out ..
I just got off the phone and after customer service arguing with me
As I have not used the card they charged me $16 plus dollars interest
They are holding on to the check until next Wednesday before sending so they can make more interest !
Its disgusting .
My veteran husband died of Service connected ALS in 2020
I am a widow and I feel robbed..
My husband spent 25 years serving this country ...
This bank is daylight robbery ..I have frozen my account.
