I've ordered a G59-2 Dashcam 4K front / 2k rear from Mercylion for my VW Touran (2024)After confirming with Mercylion with photos of my rain sensor the Dashcams arrived rather fast within a week to switzerland. Installing the dashcam with the provided youtube videos was possible for me. The videos were easy to understand.After installing the front dashcam, my car mechanic wired the cable for the read dashcam to the trunk, but unfortunately the cable was a little bit to short.After contacting Mercylion's customer service they first offered me a longer cable for the rear dashcam, but since I spent quite a lot money on the car mechanic's work to wire the cable through the car, I asked if its possible to do a 50 cm custom extension cable. They forwarded my request to their team to evaluate if its possible to make such a custom cable and after a few days they confirmed, that it's possible and they would send me the extension cable free of charge. I must say I was impressed of the good customer service.The dashcam works exactly as I expected it to work and the video feed is great. So being happy with the dashcams and the customer service i'll give Mercylion a 5-star rating. Thanks!

On the basis of the original reversing radar products, Murison developed a new generation, radar with camera. It can be understood as a reversing radar system that can realize image and video functions. This has laid a solid foundation for Murison's future brand road.
