Terming this experience as a nightmare is an understatement-- My car looks like a baboon and you ppl keep asking for measurements as you don't want to refund -- I'm your customer and not your RnD guy that will assist you with your product development. Kindly refund me asap else I'll have to report you guys to the consumer forum and Huffington post. Thanks for giving me a jamboree product.

Excellent shopping experience with Mercylion. The purchasing process was very easy, their customer service is attentive, and the shipping was incredibly fast and well tracked. I highly recommend buying from this store!
An overall great camera but lacking key elements. The product shipped very fast to the US and travelled through Amazon's shipping so it was here in just a couple days. The product was well packaged and the build quality and cameras used were high quality. However I found some key elements that make this camera inferior to the likes of Pelsee and Wolfbox. First, the settings are very simple, and the functions don't expand beyond a basic dash cam. For the price, the competition has Blind Spot Detection and ADAS. Despite STARVIS2 sensors the rear is noticeably lower quality than the front and does suffer from orbs and glare, though less than most. The mirror itself could stand to be more reflective as a standalone mirror to be safer. I live in a very cold climate and the mirror visibly glitches and struggles on boot up when in low temps, its only done this one other time while driving which required me to restart the unit.Lastly, is support. The Mercylion customer support did answer quickly and offered a fraction of the cost of the mirror refund, but would not allow a full return. They are also borderline spamming me by sending 4 requests to review the product. Would I recommend this Mercylion dash cam? Despite being a great camera, I would consider it overpriced when compared to the competition.
The Mercilion G137 was a pleasant surprise: the whole installation took around 10 minutes, with most of the time spent reinstalling the protective cover. The GPS module hides neatly in the same compartment, avoiding any cable routing. The setup is simple, and the video quality is impressively clear.
I first tried to install a FitcamX on my 2026 Toyota Sienna, but the cam cover didn't fit at all. I finally realized that one of the locking clips wasn't in the same place as the Sienna one. I then returned it and ordered a Mercylion using their online picture to compare with my genuine cover. The locking clips were in the right place. I installed the dashcam, front and back, with no trouble. I use Luckycam App and am happy with everything.
This is a great product, just one thing that I wish they had done. When the memory card gets full it starts beeping and drives you nuts. They should have done a first in first out so you don't have to pull the card and reformat the card.

Brand Story
Origination
Interest is the best enlightenment teacher. Murison, the founder of Mercylion, was born in 1978 in an ordinary working family. He had access to a variety of electronic products since childhood due to his family running into an auto repair business. And his childhood toys were auto parts. This made Murison interested in in-car electronics. In 1996, Murison successfully entered the college to study electronic science and technology.
Motivation
Love is the driving force of lifelong strive. In 2000, Murison graduated from college and joined HBC Company, which is engaged in the research, development and production of automobile reversing radar, as an engineering assistant. In HBC, Murison acquired a great deal of knowledge about automotive electronics and had a wide understanding of this industry. Murison's love for automotive electronics keeps him fighting for it, and his achievements in HBC have not stopped him there. Murison wanted to create his own company and develop high-quality products that can bring a good experience to car owners. In 2006, with the support of his family, Murison left HBC and set up his own company. During the start-up period, Murison invited his college classmates and high school alumni to conduct research and innovation in the field of automotive electronics. On the basis of the original reversing radar products, Murison developed a new generation, radar with camera. It can be understood as a reversing radar system that can realize image and video functions. This has laid a solid foundation for Murison's future brand road.
Brand road
In 2011, Murison led his technical partners officially entered the field of dash cameras. In the same year, he developed the first real dash camera and began to accept customer OEM production services. With the company's business gradually on the right track, Murison launched the new dash camera brand Mercylion. With considerable experience, solid technology, and stable and honest operation, Mercylion entered the global vision in 2016.
