Worst customer service ever. Their meter also broken for about 3 months and not sending signal, funnily enough when they fixed this my power bill was double just for those 3 months... when questioned about this I have had customer service reps hang up on, cust9mer resolution staff member ashleigh curtis overlooks questions in our email chat and refuses to put me on to her management. This has been ongoing since June 24, it is now January 25. Wouldn't use again, have changed providers to powershop.
