My wife and I have had our meridian groomer for a year now. It was amazing! We moved recently and misplaced the charger so we had to order a new one. (which was a breeze to do) After receiving the new one and charging it, our groomer was no longer working. A quick email to customer support with a video of the issue later, we were issued a new one. These people are AMAZING at customer service! Don't hold your breath people! BUY THEIR PRODUCTS! They actually CARE about their clientele!
