Review Time
I had my doubts at first because the delivery took some time. I later realized it was due to the courier in my area. It performs as promised, nothing less. It's affordable, portable, quiet, and efficient. Even after a recent issue, the support team was quick to assist; they sent a replacement immediately and provided thorough instructions to avoid future problems. I'm very grateful and can confidently say it's worth it.
I purchased a product just before the Black Friday discounts started, and upon seeing the lower price I missed, I inquired about receiving the same discount despite my order being processed. I received a prompt response and was refunded the price difference.
I was signed up for a subscription without realizing it, then received a notification about an order being shipped. I tried to cancel the order on the website, but encountered an error message repeatedly. I was charged and the items were sent. I contacted customer service with proof, but after a week, I’m still waiting for a refund. The amount is small but necessary. The products are good, but the customer service afterward is disappointing.
I really enjoy the vibrant colors of the trimmers. Design matters! I had another brand that resembled a gardening tool, which was acceptable, but I prefer this one. It cuts closer and causes less irritation when my hair grows back. I bought a second trimmer after needing a new blade, which my partner accidentally discarded. I’ve tried various razors and trimmers, but this one is my favorite by far.
The item never arrived. After an update, it finally came (the box was damaged). After charging, I tried shaving my chest, but it did absolutely nothing, leaving red marks. I attempted to shave more sensitive areas and ended up with cuts and nicks, without removing any hair! I had no idea I was spending over £60 on something so ineffective. Currently seeking legal advice.
