When I went to place the order, I did not receive a confirmation page. It jumped back to the cart with my item. Because of this, I placed multiple orders. I had to pay the shipping to return the packages and was told I could not ship them back together. So I had to pay not one, but multiple separate fees for returning packages because they would not accept one package.The product itself was also not as advertised. It suggests that it gets a much closer cut than actually experienced. If you want a trim, this may be fine; but if you want a close cut, buy something else. A razor is better.
