The worst customer service, absolutely appalling for such a large company. I somehow got signed up for a subscription which I never wanted with my first order. Instead of giving me a refund I’m forced to pay for postage to return or cop $80 for overpriced and unwanted product. Such a malicious and sly business technique to sign people up for subscription in such a sneaky way. Couldn’t be more disappointed by the lack of effort from the customer service team to keep a customer happy.The razor is ok but not worth the money. So many better products out there and from companies who actually care about their customers
