After I bought my shaver I was auto-enrolled into a subscription that took £43 from my bank account with no reminder. I reached out to Meridian before the subscription was dispatched so that it could be cancelled and I could get a refund and they told me they couldn't cancel or refund me. They informed me that I would have to wait until the order gets to me and return it (at my own expense) to their warehouse in order to get a refund. As well as being £50 down the whole process feels like such a waste of time.The second star is because the shaver is adequate. It looks nice, the battery life is good but it doesn't shave close enough to the skin and I find I have to go over the same area multiple times for it to cut the hair.
