I purchased a Meridian trimmer in March 2023. It stopped working in September 2023. The trimmer is supposed to come with a 1 year warranty so I attempted to file a warranty claim with Meridian. After several attempts to get someone to reply to me, I am not able to get a hold of anyone. I loved the trimmer, when it worked. But the lack of response from the company is making me apprehensive to purchase anything else from them. So be forewarned. Great product when it works, not so great customer service.**UPDATE 03 October 2023**After posting this review, and raising a complaint with BBB, I got a response to my emails and a resolution to my issue. I wish I didn’t have to take such measures to get a response though. But this issue has finally been resolved to my satisfaction.
