Apparently, I have been signed up to a subscription of a blade being sent out every 3 months without me knowing. I just received the email that the order is confirmed 5 minutes ago and I immediately contacted customer support through the chat function. They said they couldn't cancel the order. i don't get why you can't cancel the order. It is such a hassle to go through the returns. This type of business model is scam-like, cause you know that most people forget to cancel subscriptions, and most people are not bothered to go through the returns process. So your company makes money off people who don't really even want the product.
