I had a slight issue with my trimmer. I sent them an email after 8pm and the response was less than 15 minutes. They resolved my issue by 10pm. Wow, wow. Honestly, buy any of Meridian products without thinking too much because if you face any issues they will resolve it. By the way. Their trimmers are excellent and excellent battery life.
