I bought my trimmers less than four months ago and something appears to have shorted out in them. They shut off in the middle of trimming my beard, although they still had a bar left on the battery indicator. I turned them on and they wouldn’t turn back off until they finally died. They wouldn’t turn back on after this all happened. I have been so stressed out thinking I would have to buy a whole new pair (they’re a bit costly for me personally), but after speaking with Mario I learned of their 1-year warranty.
