First of all, the order was coming late. Then I got to pay >40chf to the swiss customs. That wasn’t mentioned at all. They only had it in small letters in the terms &conditions, that there might come additional costs.The product itself was very disappointing. I‘ve been using trimmers (many cheaper ones that you get in every supermarket) and all of them were way better. With the meridian trimmer I immediately had 4 cuts. Never experienced something like that before.Customer service answering time is 4 days, which is als very bad theses days. No refund.
