No matter how good you rhink the product is, the horrible delivery system. It takes a whopping 10-15 BUSINESS days to get a delivery with free shipping and they didnt even deliver it. They said undeliverable and sent it back. After waiting 5 days to get a hold of customer service by email they simply reshipped it and told me it will take another month before it gets delivered. Imagine being this horrible at your job and not offering anything to unsatisfied customers when the mistake is entirely on your end.
