Had an amazing experience with the trimmer when I started using it. Unfortunately, seemed to have received a defect as I was unable to use the trimmer after the first full charge when it went out of batt. Dropped an email to the customer service and they attended to my mail promptly, and even made a brand new replacement to the defect item. Now it replacement is on its way! Great customer service and great product!
