F-, they won't ship it to you in a timely fashion. I ordered a trimmer on 9/13 and it never showed up. Constant delays with shipping and customer service was an F. I wouldn't trust this thing now to trim my balls if it came wrapped in a gold package. Do not waste your time trying to order it, total waste of time.
