Alright, few points to mention here:1) the customer service in meridian are very super helpful, they know exatcly how to solve you issue with no communications back and forth, nice and gentle people, cheers to your hard work team!2) the product is simply decent!!!! The results is like using razor (which cause a lot of cuts / injuries to your sensitive areas), but with no accidents or injuries at all, you might mess use it on your first go, but then trust me its very easy to use.3) the product is 110% water proof, easy on skin, battery is very long last!
