Ordered 2 trimmers at a discount price. Had high hopes after watching youtube videos recommending the product. Waited a month to find out the parcel got lost. Sent an email and clarified exactly my address, even with a google maps link. They send a replacement parcel that got lost again. Asked for a refund, they made a mistake and partially refunded. I instantly got my full refund after I wrote again pointing this out. Customer support is well versed but takes ages for them to reply.All of this happened over a span of 3 months, I do not recommend this company.
