I should start by saying that there are some nice carer providers and out of office call workers that I have spoken too. However, their system is clearly broken and needs fixing from the top down. I was told that they were the preferred care provider and to be honest at first the were teething problems which should have got better. There is alot of recorded complaints and other complaints made, about there own reports, times, poor communication, safety, ppe, medications not being kept on top of, incorrect medications which led to medical assistance, recycling, tidying up, not listerning, washing clothes and giving OOD food etc. I have received some letters surrounding medication accepting responsibility. My concern is that there were 5 months of headaches and in the end Meridian Nottingham was removed. I would not personally recommend them as a care provider and I feel the CQC needs to better manage and the Social Services need to monitor
