I purchased this vehicle warranty with the clear understanding that covered mechanical failures would be honored in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Recently, I brought my vehicle—valued at over $100,000—to a professional repair facility due to a mechanical issue that I reasonably expected would be covered under the warranty policy.

However, my claim was denied on the basis that I allegedly did not provide sufficient documentation of oil change maintenance records. This justification appears unreasonable and disproportionate, particularly given that the vehicle was properly maintained and serviced. The denial has forced me to pay a substantial repair cost entirely out of pocket despite maintaining an active warranty contract.

The manner in which this claim was handled raises serious concerns about the company's claims review process and whether customers are being treated fairly and in good faith. Denying legitimate claims based on technicalities or excessive documentation demands undermines the fundamental purpose of a warranty contract.

If this matter is not reviewed and resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue further action, including:
