My issues were never cleared

My issues were never clearedFirst issue turned out tobe an uncovered component never covered in the agreement Took more than a month for someone to identify 2nd and 3rd issue were only partially confirmed Meaning only a small portion of the repair expense was coveredLastly i had begun working with a different administrator as i was expressing that I would like to have my contract cancelled/closedAs my agreement was paid upto the beginning of the next month The advisor and I had an agreement that we would review my optionsBut we would do so on the 2nd of the following month It turns out that someone contacted the company that collects the monthly payments and instructed them to reopen the payment portal for my account after i had advised that they no longer process any further payments against my account I have sent emails requesting that my account be closed immediately and the current payment be returned to meNo follow up or acknowledgment from service advisor or anyone elseDo not recommend that anyone enter into an agreement with this company They are not responsive to their clients
