I ordered a bag and later found another one I preferred, so I emailed to request a cancellation of the first order. I received an email asking for confirmation, which I provided... but then nothing! I've been completely ignored. This doesn't inspire confidence in my order. They assured me they would cancel it, but they haven't. It's truly unbelievable! I feel completely scammed. Why is no one taking action against this site?
