We received some ads on social media from MernesLondon. My spouse thought that the prices are two good to be true, but took a chance and ordered a purse she really liked the look of. It was only around $50.00 CDN all in, so we should have known it was not going to be made of leather, if it arrived at all. It did arrive, and it was so obvious that it was made of cheap plastic that a child could identify it from the real leather. The bag is in the pile going to a charity, and the total investment was a scam and a waste of money.
I ordered a leather bag on 5/12 2025. It was delivered on 3/01 2026, which is acceptable, but the item was not made of leather and originated from China. The advertisement is very misleading, and I would advise against using it or making a purchase.
This site is utterly deceptive. I seriously question the existence of the Mernes. The bag we got, advertised as "Leather crafted with masterful craftsmanship," turned out to be plastic made in Jinhua City, China, not London. The supposed original price of £138 is absurd. I wouldn't rely on any details from this platform.
Like many others, I fell victim to a scam. The service operates out of Hong Kong, not London as claimed. The quality of the bag I received, which took three weeks to arrive, is highly questionable. I advise against purchasing from this seller.

It's unfortunate to admit I was scammed. The images used in the ads are artificial, and the business is relatively new. I was misled by an advertisement from a well-known site. I was shocked to receive a low-quality product and had to contact my credit card company. This is a total scam. They have no phone support, no real address, and only an email for contact. Shocking experience.
