The operational staff are hardworking, but the customer care leaves much to be desired. They insist on paper tickets for pass holders, yet the ticket office is closed after 4:30 PM. When I called, I reached a general call center with staff unfamiliar with the operations. Ferries were canceled, and the customer center seemed unprepared, lacking replacement buses. Daily commuters feel neglected in favor of day trippers, which is frustrating.
