My family and I arranged to take the ferry on 27th August to scatter my father-in-law's ashes. The booking was straightforward, and the kindness and professionalism shown by everyone on that day, from the ticket seller to the ferry crew, was remarkable. We were taken to a private area on the boat for reflection before stopping near the new stadium to scatter the ashes and flowers. The horn blowing as the engines restarted was a lovely gesture. Thank you to everyone who made this possible; it truly meant a lot.
The operational staff are hardworking, but the customer care leaves much to be desired. They insist on paper tickets for pass holders, yet the ticket office is closed after 4:30 PM. When I called, I reached a general call center with staff unfamiliar with the operations. Ferries were canceled, and the customer center seemed unprepared, lacking replacement buses. Daily commuters feel neglected in favor of day trippers, which is frustrating.
We scattered my dad's ashes on 24 August 2023. What was a very emotional and difficult time turned into a beautiful day. The experience was dignified and respectful—a perfect goodbye. Thank you to the team and the Captain. We plan to celebrate my dad's anniversary back on the ferry. From the family.
The Eurovision cruise was a letdown with zero service, as the staff seemed more focused on enjoying themselves. The company is terrible and ignored my valid concerns. They refused a refund despite my complaints. The boat was poorly maintained, and there were no safety announcements. The promised snacks were minimal, and the quality was disappointing. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take accountability.
The website is problematic. I ordered tickets, and although my card was charged, I never received any tickets. After multiple attempts to reach customer service, I was told they couldn't verify my order. I’ve emailed them twice with no response, and I’m now pursuing a refund through my bank. The lack of communication is frustrating.
Previously, I purchased an expensive tour ticket that ended up being a regular ferry ride with commentary about places we didn't see. I took my grandkids for a ride recently, and it felt like a scam. The cafe was uncomfortably humid, and the air conditioning was off.
