This was the only downside of an otherwise wonderful visit to the area. It felt like an overpriced and uncomfortable waste of time. The boat lacked quality, and the commentary was hard to follow. Much time was wasted loading and unloading passengers, and there was no effort to create a pleasant atmosphere.
