Really disappointing. Twice this week I have travelled on the Chester 16:11 train from Moorefields. And on both occasions due to delays, the train went as far as Birkenhead Central then straight through to Hooton. I understand an array of circumstances can cause delays- but can you not carry out some market research on which station would be best to terminate at? In terms of ‘most popular’.
