Feels less like public transport and more like a cash grab targeting anyone they can.

I lost my tickets and was told to either pay a fine or get off the train!!!

They made me get off at estham rake station in the middle of nowhere on a freezing Sunday night, with no buses running. Zero common sense. Zero compassion.

I won’t be using this company again.
Pathetic.

Soon I’m making a vlog about this so everyone can see what British transport is really like. People deserve to know how they treat passengers.

Complete Disappointment with Service

This service is utterly disappointing. The staff seem to take pleasure in stopping people from traveling, prioritizing trivial rules over helping individuals get home. Instead of leaving travelers stranded, they ought to provide support.

Sudden cancellations have created chaos in my work life. If you have a job interview, medical appointment, or any important travel need, this company is not the one to rely on. Issues like drug misuse and poorly presented staff are unfortunately part of the experience.

Inconvenient Train Stops

The eight-car trains never stop at the station, which is a waste of resources for signage claiming otherwise. On a recent day, I was informed that trains would run every 15 minutes, but I only saw one every half hour. This service is a joke.

These trains are incredibly unreliable. I’m often late to my destinations, and the recurring 'signalling issues' are frustrating. I frequently find myself left at intermediate stations despite having paid for a full journey.

Frustrating Experience

On the morning of the 19th, I went to the station with a ticket for a train to the airport. However, the train driver didn't stop at the station and continued on without a pause. The next train would have made me late, forcing me to pay for a taxi. It’s no wonder my colleagues refer to it as 'Miseryrail.'
