It’s been ages since I dealt with a company as customer focussed as Mersey Raw. They respond within a very short window to communications, sort out requests very quickly, delivery is overnight, even on a Sunday. As for the product, my dog has a number of very serious health conditions including Addisons disease and extensive arthritis, yet she is thriving on her diet of Mersey Raw complete minces. I particularly like the variety of choice offered, and prefer to give my dog the meats that come from animals that are not farmed for human consumption. These tend to have less chemical load. Overall, a very reliable, responsive company, and a great product that my dog loves, and thrives on.
