The customer service is extremely frustrating and the policies are misleading! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and emailed support immediately to correct it but received no reply. I tried again the next day with the same result. When I messaged directly on social media, I was told they couldn't edit orders due to stock issues. However, the size I need is still available on their site, and my order hasn't shipped. If the item hasn’t been sent and the size is in stock, why not make a simple change? To add to my frustration, their return policy doesn't allow me to return the item and reorder the correct size. Overall, very disappointing service and policies.
