Unsatisfactory customer service and unclear policies! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and quickly reached out to the support team for assistance. I received no reply. I tried again the following day—still no response. I then contacted them via social media and was informed, “We are unable to edit orders after purchase due to items selling out, we haven't got the stock to swap out the size.” This contradicts my experience. A full week later, the size I need is still available on their website, and my order hasn’t shipped yet. If the item hasn’t been dispatched and the size is in stock, why not make a simple change? To make things worse, their return policy doesn’t even allow me to return the item and reorder the correct size. Overall, very disappointing customer service and frustrating policies. I wouldn’t advise ordering from them unless you are completely sure you won’t need any support or adjustments.

Delayed shipment of order!

I placed an order for a heat reactive puffer, bag, and gloves with next day delivery, but my order has yet to be shipped. I reached out via email, and they claimed they would send it as soon as possible, which has not been the case. I hope they can resolve this issue quickly, especially since this purchase was £414, and they indicate having a local warehouse.

Frustrating customer service and unclear policies!

The customer service is extremely frustrating and the policies are misleading! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and emailed support immediately to correct it but received no reply. Disappointing service!

I am very disappointed with the service! I ordered on 29/9 and am still waiting for my goods. The only email response I received was, 'I’ll look into it and get back to you,' but nothing has happened. I can't get a refund either and have had to go through my bank. Be cautious when ordering.
