This site is not trustworthy. On October 2, I ordered a set of lingerie. By October 23, I reached out via email to inquire about my order. They asked for my phone number, stating it was necessary to find my order. After providing it, I was informed that an investigation was in progress, with results promised by November 23. I found their handling of the situation unacceptable and canceled my order, requesting a refund. Instead of a refund, they offered a voucher for future purchases, which I did not want. When I pressed for a refund, they requested my bank account number, which confused me since they could have refunded my original payment method. Nevertheless, I sent the account number as they asked. In response, I was told their bank claimed the account didn’t exist. As of December 17, I still have not received my refund. I caution everyone to avoid making purchases from this site.
